Feature Request: Vertically Center Event Bars in Calendar View

Currently, event banners/bars within the calendar view are displayed skewed towards the top of their respective day/week slots. The customer would like the ability to vertically center these event bars, allowing them to float halfway down within the day/week square instead of being pushed to the top.
